En Holcim buscamos un Trainee de Sistemas, apasionado por la tecnología, el análisis de datos y la resolución de problemas. En este rol brindarás soporte al área de Sistemas en la configuración funcional de la herramienta, documentación de procesos y actualización de tablas operativas para diferentes países. Es una excelente oportunidad para iniciar tu carrera profesional aprendiendo la lógica interna de una de las plataformas empresariales más importantes del mundo.

 

 

 

Principales Responsabilidades

 

  • Análisis de Incidentes: Revisar incidentes recurrentes para identificar causas comunes y proponer mejoras que ayuden a prevenirlos.
  • Gestión de Incidentes: Apoyar en la recepción, análisis inicial y seguimiento de incidentes reportados por los usuarios.
  • Desarrollo de Soluciones: Brindar apoyo en el desarrollo de soluciones junto con el desarrollador ABAP.
  • Pruebas de Software: Participar en las pruebas funcionales y técnicas, verificando el correcto funcionamiento antes de la salida a producción.
  • Configuración del Sistema: Apoyar en la configuración y parametrización del sistema para el correcto funcionamiento de los procesos financieros.

 

 

Requisitos del Perfil

 

  • Profesionales graduados en ngeniería (Sistemas, Software, TI o afines) apasionados por la tecnología y la innovación..
  • Experiencia mínimo 6 meses, se valora experiencia previa en prácticas o proyectos universitarios
  • Competencias: alta capacidad analítica, atención al detalle, orientación a la resolución de problemas y excelentes habilidades de redacción/documentación y comunicación.
  • Deseable conocimiento en inglés
