Role Purpose

Develop and grow the market for Airium by creating demand through technical specification, building relationships with key stakeholders in the construction ecosystem, and securing projects where Airium is selected as a building solution.

 

The role bridges technical promotion, commercial development, and project acquisition.

 

Key Responsibilities

1. Market Development

  • Develop and implement the market development strategy for Airium.

  • Identify priority market segments (residential, commercial, industrial, renovation).

  • Establish value proposition vs alternative solutions (EPS, XPS, mineral wool, foam concrete).

  • Identify pilot projects and flagship reference projects.

Expected output:
Initial market penetration and early project pipeline.

 

2. Specification & Technical Promotion

Promote Airium to decision-makers influencing building design.

Target stakeholders:

  • Architects

  • Structural engineers

  • Thermal consultants

  • Developers

  • Design institutes

Activities:

  • Technical presentations

  • Project design support

  • Preparation of technical documentation

  • Participation in early project stages

3. Project Development & Sales

  • Build and manage a pipeline of projects.

  • Negotiate commercial agreements with developers and contractors.

  • Coordinate internally with technical teams and applicators.

  • Track projects from design stage to execution.

4. Strategic Partnerships

Develop relationships with:

  • General contractors

  • Real estate developers

  • Precast manufacturers

  • Large construction companies

5. Market Intelligence

  • Monitor construction trends and regulatory developments.

  • Track competitor solutions and pricing.

  • Provide feedback to management regarding product adaptation and strategy.

6. Marketing & Awareness

Support marketing initiatives:

  • seminars and training sessions

  • professional events

  • demonstration projects

  • technical publications

Key KPIs

  • Number of projects specifying Airium

  • Sales volume generated from projects

  • Pipeline value of upcoming projects

  • Number of strategic partnerships

  • Number of architect / consultant engagements

Qualifications

Education

Preferred:

  • Degree in Civil Engineering

  • Construction Engineering

  • Architecture

  • Building Technology

Alternative:

  • Technical background combined with strong commercial experience.

 

Professional Experience

Minimum 5–8 years experience in one of the following sectors:

  • Construction materials (cement, dry mortars, insulation)

  • Building systems (ETICS, insulation, roofing)

  • Technical sales in construction

  • Project development or specification sales

  • Experience with specification-driven sales is highly desirable.
