Job Purpose

The Auditor Analyst is a vital position to the site’s Quality Management System, as well as to the daily Information Systems for the site. The role facilitates and performs all internal audits for the site to provide feedback about the performance of the site in all ISO areas.

The Internal Auditor Analyst works with managers and production teams to improve systems and processes in the plant by identifying the root cause and determining the corrective/preventative actions.

They also provide onsite support and management for proprietary information systems which are crucial to site performance and output. The Auditor Analyst also manages document control workflows and reviews. They also manage daily reporting for the site.

 

Duties and Responsibilities

-Perform internal audit of each area of the facility annually

-Compile and distribute comprehensive report after each audit is complete

-Interface with numerous external auditing bodies to maintain certificate compliances

-Maintain master list of external audits, findings, and corrective actions

-Perform Root Cause Analyses and develop corrective/preventive actions

-Document nonconformances, manage meetings and communications

-Provide updates on current nonconformances

-Develop and coordinate audit schedule for site

-Maintain nonconformances assigned by managers of plant for daily kaizen system and process improvements

-Maintain reports and data for Quality and Environmental Managers

-Maintain document control system for site

-Distribute document lists to be reviewed

-Submit revisions for approval

-Manage document change approval workflow

-Perform as needed data administration tasks in proprietary SQL system

-Extract and transform data for business areas as needed

-Compile daily KPI report

-Maintain list of available SKUs for production according to schedule each day

-Coordinate with external developers/vendors for upgrades, maintenance, and support for proprietary data system

 

Qualifications

-Auditor Certification preferred

-Experience with root cause analysis preferred

-ISO 9001/14001 auditing experience required (5 years)

-SQL demonstrated proficiency preferred

-SharePoint knowledge required (2 years)

-MS Office 365 demonstrated proficiency required
