ABOUT THE ROLE

Duro-Last, a Division of Holcim Solutions and Products US, LLC, has an opening for a FP&A Manager at either our Corporate Headquarters located in Saginaw, Michigan or at the Nashville office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and analysis activities to support strategic decision-making. This is a full-time, salary-based position with excellent benefits and growth opportunities that would report to the Vice President of Finance. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate financial insights effectively. 


WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

  • Prepare and present monthly and quarterly financial reports to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and insights.
  • Develop and maintain financial forecasts, incorporating analysis of variances and trends.
  • Conduct financial modeling and scenario analysis to support strategic initiatives and business decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. Support the annual budgeting process, including preparation, consolidation, and review of budgets across departments. 
  • Monitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts, providing actionable insights and recommendations. 
  • Enhance financial planning processes, tools, and methodologies to improve accuracy and efficiency. 


WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field is required. MBA or equivalent degree / experience is preferred. 
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. 
  • Strong understanding of financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting techniques. 
  • Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems and BI tools is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. 
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information clearly. 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects
