Holcim European Business Services is located in the heart of Košice, where we provide support to partnering Group companies in Europe from financial transactions, such as accounting, invoicing, and master data maintenance, to HR administration, recruitment support, payroll and data analytics.

Role overview

Are you a proactive team player with a passion for Recruitment? Ready to develop your career in a truly international environment?  If so, join us and become part of the growing recruitment team at Holcim. The positions will report directly to the GHAR Central Team in Switzerland (as part of the Global Business Services Function) and will provide services to one or several Corporate Departments (e.g. Procurement, Audit, Sustainability, etc)

Your responsibilities will include:

• Coordinate and/or act as Project Manager of activities related to data management (collection, validation, visualization and analysis)
• Prepare (clean, transform, sort…) complex data sets to make them suitable for analysis
• Identify potential sets of rules for data quality & data validation
• Perform first level of interpretation on data (trends, patterns, key messages)
• Prepare visual reports (e.g. power point) to be presented to management
• Create documentation on process and business requirements
• Build understanding of the Corporate functions in detail to be able to explore automation potential
• Act as a bridge between the business and the development teams
• Apply internal rules (HARP, internal policies, etc.) to interpret the data  
• Communicate clearly requirements, final design and visualization to the development team
• Act as a gatekeeper of business process requirements pipeline
• Analyze and work on improvement opportunities with cross functions
• Review requirements from different angles applying professional experience, logical thinking and common sense to achieve the best possible outcome
• Participation in the Analytical/Reporting/AI forums/workshops to oversee current trends in the technology and systems
• Train other members of the team/company to build awareness/best practices and common knowledge about the tools and strategy

Your qualifications, experience and skills 

• Experience in Analyzing, Reporting, Dash boarding and Data Analytics
• Intermediate proficiency in Excel & Google Sheets functions/formulas is a must - need to be confirmed with a specific test
• Good presentation & Storytelling skills (PowerPoint/Google Slides) – Well versed in the preparation of presentations for Top Management - sample to be provided
• Office tools (MS Office, Google tools, Surveys, Share drives, etc.)
• Creativity to identify, present, and deliver process improvements and efficiencies through exploratory data analysis and visualization
• Understanding of continuous process improvement / Lean tools and techniques
• Experience with Reporting/Analytical tools like Looker Studio, Qliksense
• Technical & automation skills (App Script, AI with Google sheets)
• Yellow Belt certified candidate
• CSM certified or SCRUM professional
• Knowledge in any other tool is appreciated (SAP, Axiom, Tableau, Data base, App Sheet)
• Must have worked actively in an process improvement ideas through automation
