Role Overview
The Corporate Controller for the AMEA Region plays a critical, high-impact role in driving regional financial performance and strategic decision-making. Reporting to the Head of R2R, this position is responsible for providing high-quality financial analysis, reports, and insights to the Regional Finance Controller and senior stakeholders. Your mission is to proactively identify financial risks and opportunities, manage the consolidation of regional budgets and forecasts, and ensure all planning aligns with AMEA's financial goals, enabling data-driven decision-making that improves overall business performance.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct detailed performance reviews and financial analysis to identify key trends, risks, and opportunities, providing actionable recommendations to the AMEA Regional Finance Controller.

Prepare and consolidate regional forecasts and budgets, including monthly and quarterly forecasts, annual budgets, and the Mid-Term Plan (MTP), ensuring alignment with regional goals.

Collaborate and partner with Country Finance Teams across the AMEA region to address areas of concern identified during reviews and ensure the accuracy and integrity of regional data.

Develop and present high-quality financial reports and presentations for stakeholders, maintaining high standards for accuracy, quality, and timely delivery.

Lead and contribute to special financial projects focused on strategic business improvements, such as working capital optimization, cost-per-ton analysis, and plant profitability.

Analyze Distribution Margins and Plant Profitability, and integrate insights from macroeconomic factors into planning and forecasting.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum of 7 years in a finance role within an international, complex organization, with a proven track record in financial analysis, budget preparation, and forecasting for senior leadership.

University degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; advanced certifications (e.g., CPA, CA, ACCA) are preferred.

Strong proficiency in financial systems including SAP BW and LHiNK, as well as advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint. Must be familiar with IFRS and Holcim's internal standards (HARP).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, ability to focus on detail, and a proven ability to influence and work effectively across diverse, multi-country teams.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are mandatory.
