Holcim European Business Services (EBS) is the internal Shared Service Center of Holcim for the European region, based in Kosice, Slovakia. With a team of over 330 employees representing more than 20 nationalities, EBS provides a comprehensive range of financial & administrative services to the 23 countries of Holcim across Europe. These services encompass Reporting, Controlling, Accounting & Consolidation, Invoicing, Treasury, Procurement, HR administration, Recruitment, Payroll, Data Analytics, Sustainability and several others.

Role overview

 

The Global People PM will be responsible for the planning, coordination and delivery of projects relating to various People-related projects and technology implementations.

 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as the point of reference globally for the selected projects allocated/requested by the EXCO People Team.
  • Analysing project requirements to ensure project planning delivers the required results to the agreed spec and within time/budget constraints.
  • Liaising with internal/external suppliers and stakeholders (vendors, IT/security, HRIS) involved in the project delivery.
  • Coordinating with People leaders and People stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
  • Overseeing of CareerHub People tool/talent marketplace.

 

Your qualifications, experience and skills 

  • Strong Project Management skills.
  • Proficiency in G-Suite.

  • English - advanced (C1).

  • Minimum 5 years of previous working experience, ideally in a field of HR/Projects with international teams or stakeholders.

  • Very good communication skills and confident working at all levels in an organization.

  • A proactive and self-organized attitude to getting things done.

  • University degree in Business, Project Management, Economics, Management, Psychology, HR or other related field.
