Role overview
The Global People PM will be responsible for the planning, coordination and delivery of projects relating to various People-related projects and technology implementations.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Acting as the point of reference globally for the selected projects allocated/requested by the EXCO People Team.
- Analysing project requirements to ensure project planning delivers the required results to the agreed spec and within time/budget constraints.
- Liaising with internal/external suppliers and stakeholders (vendors, IT/security, HRIS) involved in the project delivery.
- Coordinating with People leaders and People stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
- Overseeing of CareerHub People tool/talent marketplace.
Your qualifications, experience and skills
- Strong Project Management skills.

Proficiency in G-Suite.

English - advanced (C1).

Minimum 5 years of previous working experience, ideally in a field of HR/Projects with international teams or stakeholders.

Very good communication skills and confident working at all levels in an organization.

A proactive and self-organized attitude to getting things done.

University degree in Business, Project Management, Economics, Management, Psychology, HR or other related field.
