Holcim European Business Services is located in the heart of Košice, where we provide support to partnering Group companies in Europe from financial transactions, such as accounting, invoicing, and master data maintenance, to HR administration, recruitment support, payroll and data analytics.
Role overview
As a Recruitment Specialist for our Shared Service Center, you will play a pivotal role in attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent to support the growth and efficiency of our SSC. You will work closely with hiring managers, develop recruiting strategies, and ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract high-caliber candidates for various roles within the SSC.
- Sourcing: Utilize diverse sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals, to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings, attend and coordinate interviews, and facilitate the selection process in collaboration with hiring managers.
- Offer Management : Negotiate offers with selected candidates, considering internal equity and market trends.Collaborate with HR and other departments to facilitate pre-employment checks and paperwork.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by providing timely communication and feedback.
- Employer Branding and Talent Pipeline : Promote the company as an employer of choice through various branding initiatives and recruitment marketing strategies.Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates for future opportunities.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize recruiting metrics and analytics to track performance, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.
Your qualifications, experience and skills
- Minimum of 3 yrs of experience in recruitment, preferably for SSC
- Education in Human Resources or related field (Psychology, Marketing and PR, Management, Administration) is a plus
- English AND German upper intermediate (B2)
- Proven ability to develop and implement effective recruiting strategies.
- Strong understanding of various sourcing techniques and tools.
- Very good communication skills and confident working at all levels in an organization
- A proactive and self-organized attitude to getting things done
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
