Who is Holcim European Business Services?

Holcim European Business Services is located in the heart of Košice, where we provide support to partnering Group companies in Europe from financial transactions, such as accounting, invoicing, and master data maintenance, to HR administration, recruitment support, payroll and data analytics.
 

Your responsibilities will include

• Answer questions through email and phone calls and liaise with colleagues from other teams to ensure high-quality and timely response to queries
• You will be responsible for activities related to data management
• Communication with partners in the country
• Identify opportunities to utilize new technologies and/or processes that will allow EBS to form better relationships with its partners
• Contribute ideas and actions towards the continuous improvement of processes within the area of influence
• You will develop a general understanding of Holcim business processes and policies as defined by the Business Service Center

Your qualifications, experience and skills 

• University education in the area of Administration, Economics, HR, Translation or related field 
• English - upper intermediate (B2), French - upper intermediate (B2)
• Great communication skills
• High attention to detail
• Strong focus on delivery and meeting SLA’s / targets
• Proactivity and drive to try something new, improve processes and how we work
• Courage to speak up and share your opinion, in an open culture of feedback
• Experience working in a multinational environment with customers from French speaking country is a plus
• You are eager to learn, with strong customer focus, detail oriented and a team player
