The ACM Quality Trainee Contributor will join Holcim EMEA Digital Center ACM Quality (FIRE-Q) team in order to learn how to bring IT Solutions to our customer in the best way possible, Capturing and Configuring Solutions according Business Requirements, Maintain Documentation and Testing new developments.
In the position the candidate will learn and grow in the different solutions in Quality of Ready Mix, Aggregates and Asphalt related with Master Data, Mix Design Management and Sampling/Testing Processes. 



  • Supports evolution of existing applications in Quality Area, converting business requirements into working IT Solutions.
  • Analyze, implement and follow up to deliver the technical solution aligned with defined Business Processes.
  • Keep up to date related documentation.
  • Internal test of new functionalities and developments.
  • Tracking and follow up bugs resolution and developments according planning.

In summary the focus of this role will be supporting different Initiatives and evolutions of the Solutions in the Area, with focus on Building the Solutions based on Priorities, and Analysis done by Senior members in the team.



  • University degree in the field of computer science, engineering, chemical, administration and/or related field for which provides business advice. A Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Knowledge on Concrete specifications for European Standard.
  • Knowledge of business processes in Ready Mix Production is desire.
  • Sincere interest in Quality SW solutions used mainly in Ready-mix laboratory.
  • Fast learner
  • Strong coordination and communication skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Analytical, organized, structured and detail-oriented, but also flexible and able to work in a dynamic environment
  • Build trust with different teams and maintain confidentiality
  • Independent, self-propelling worker
  • Experience with Batching or Dispatching SW solutions used in Ready mix plants is plus.
  • Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Power Point)
