Shift timing: 6 am to 3 pm or 11:30 am to 8:30 pm

 

Job Description:

To assist with activities conducted in the tax function including: tax reporting and tax processes, tax compliance,tax advisory,  tax audit defence,  liquidity planning and control, management of financial risks,  monthly reconciliations for all tax related GL’s and any other ad hoc tasks

 

The Preparation and submission of timely and accurate corporate income tax returns for group companies globally located in the region (US, APAC, & EMEA), which includes below:

-  Coordinating with tax advisors for preparation of tax return

-  Responding to the questions asked by tax advisors

-  Review of draft tax return prepared by tax advisors

Preparation of the quarterly tax provisions for the group companies globally located in the region (US, APAC, & EMEA).

Ensure that all tax payments (like withholding tax, advance tax, stamp duty, etc) are made within the set deadlines.

Preparation and submission of GST/VAT returns for the group companies globally located in the region (US, APAC, & EMEA).

Timely response to the various assessment / survey notices received from the tax authorities.

 

 

Desired candidate profile:

  • Min CA Intermediate
  • Experience in the delivery of Tax
  • An understanding of IFRS 
  • Experience in a global tax environment with exposure to cross country taxation and transfer pricing
  • Experience in preparation of transfer pricing data for the group companies globally located in the region (US, APAC, & EMEA).
  • Excellent computer skills – Word, Excel, advance excel
  • Knowledge of business accounting principles
  • Analytical skills, problem solving & communication skills.
  • Accounting, integrity and control - Applying and adhering to relevant policies and procedures
  • Strong attention to detail. 

  • High degree of independent judgment and discretion. 

  • The incumbent may be required to travel as and when to meet the needs of the business.
