Is in charge of designing, developing, and testing the automation artifacts. Prepares the developed script to be run in Production and provides its operation until the robot is retired.



  • In cooperation with the Business Analyst agrees on implementation timelines and approach, sign off of Project charter.

  • Agree on adapted solution design for automated Processes & build the automation workflows as per agreed adapted solution.

  • Selects the most effective solution of scripting the robot - to ensure the business requirements are met

  • Performs required development environment (Studio) settings - under supervision of solution experts

  • Designs and develops robots in a development environment. 

  • Collaborates with LH internal technical and business experts during design

  • Drafts detailed handover plan to other environments (test and production) 

  • Agree hypercare approach (support).

  • Ensures designed robot meets functional entry and exit criteria - before migrating it into test and/or production 

  • Prepares test plan (technical, functional, readiness, UAT, etc.), use cases and test scenarios for testing the robots

  • Perform robot testing. Identify and correct defects - to ensure functioning as per design

  • Monitor pilot performance based on agreed exit criteria.

  • Sign off testing phase

  • Document testing performance.

  • Communicate outputs to relevant stakeholders. 

  • Prepare and Sign-off the solution design document.

  • Provide inputs to Business Continuity Plan

  • Prepare and sign off Disaster Recovery Plans.

  • Make sure the solution meets the IT departments’ requirements for security, scalability, auditability, business recovery. Escalate to the Head of Robotics department any issues during the project.

  • Provides 3rd level support for automations in productive environment

  • Other Tasks 

  •  Provide support to any relevant stakeholder internal/external. Provide continuous support

    post go-live and assist in immediate defect resolution.

  • Contribute and collaborate, working proactively with the team to achieve the agreed objectives by understanding common goals

  • Participates in mandatory and recommended training and self-development sessions in order to master the robot design and development.


Candiadte Criteria:

Master’s/Bachelor’s degree  in Computer Sciences/Information Technology (M.E., M.Tech, MSC-IT / B.E., B.Tech, BSC-IT), Finance, Business or Accounting


  • Minimum 4 years of experience in RPA.

  • Certified professional with minimum 3 years of experience on automation platforms Automation Anywhere (version A360 preferred) or UiPath with strong knowledge of the Workspace/Studios as well as Control Room/Orchestrator

  • Knowledge of SAP, OneService, web applications

  • Advantage: .net / java / javascript programming skills

  • Advantage : Google Workspace applications (Google Spreadsheets. Google Docs, etc.) and Google Apps Script 

  • Expert in MS Office Skills Fluent English (C1)

  • Business Intelligence/Analytics


Certified professional in Automation Anywhere (version A360 preferred) / UiPath

Skilled .net / java / javascript programmer

2-3 years of SAP KU expertise


  • Worked on projects related to UiPath, Automation Anywhere

  • Mandatory to have been certified in UiPath/Automation Anywhere (version A360)

  • SAP experience as user, or preferably as Key User (FI, CO, MM, SD, FC)

  • Object oriented programming

  • Software engineering

  • Automated testing

  • Multiagent systems

  • Artificial intelligence


  • ASP .Net MVC / java / javascript programming experience preferably

  • UI development preferably

  • BPMN

Previous experience executing IT projects

Strong understanding of process and process improvement methodologies

Organized and able to prioritize tasks, responding effectively to competing needs.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Able to contribute to team effort and individual achievement.
