Shift: 6am to 3pm(Home Pickup Facility Available)


Job Description:

  • Manage the activities related to customer  master data in the system
  • Should have complete knowledge of updating customer master in the ERP system.
  • Defining and implementing a master data management (MDM) solution.
  • Perform data profiling and data quality assessment of source systems to draft data quality
  • Authorizes the creation and maintenance of master data
  • Creates and maintains Master Data in SAP according to approved requests
  • Must be able to locate information efficiently in the customer master & troubleshoot in case of errors, related to customer master in the transactions.
  • Must be able to restrict & detect unauthorized access to data
  • Ensuring defined periodic reporting 
  • Ensuring compliance of QA framework.
  • Participating in continuous improvement projects within Shared services

Skills and Desired experience:

  • 1 to 3 years of experience managing customer master data maintanance activities in a client-service oriented fucntion.
  • Preferably having any Master Data Management certification.
  • Good understanding of business systems
  • Ability to utilize information from a wide varienty of sources through good analytical skills.
  • Logical, process-based approach to problem resolution
  • Credibility, trust and professionalism
