Job Description:

  • Holcim Global Hub Business Services is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to
    manage corporate regional and international hiring requirements across multiple functions. The
    ideal candidate should have strong expertise in global recruitment, stakeholder management,
    sourcing through LinkedIn Hiring and various job portals, and maintaining recruitment data with high
    accuracy.
    Key Responsibilities:
    - Manage end-to-end recruitment for corporate regional/global roles
    - Handle international hiring requirements across multiple business functions
    - Source quality candidates through LinkedIn Hiring, job portals, and other sourcing channels
    - Coordinate with hiring managers and stakeholders across regions
    - Build strong stakeholder relationships and provide regular hiring updates
    - Manage interview scheduling, candidate communication, and offer coordination
    - Maintain recruitment trackers, hiring reports, and recruitment data accurately
    - Ensure timely closures while maintaining quality of hiring
    - Support employer branding and talent pipeline initiatives
    Required Skills & Qualifications:
    - 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition
    - Experience in corporate/global hiring is mandatory
    - Strong hands-on experience with LinkedIn Hiring and recruitment portals
    - Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
    - Good analytical and data management skills
    - Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously
    - Strong coordination and organizational abilities
    - Comfortable working from office in Airoli, Navi Mumbai

    Preferred:
    - Experience working in shared services/global business services environment
    - Exposure to international recruitment processes and regional hiring
