Education / Qualification

  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Certification in SAP ABAP, Fiori, or related technologies.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.

 

Experience:

  • We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect with a strong background in ABAP development. 

  • The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in ABAP with workflows, Fiori, UI5, and NW portal development. 

  • Additional skills in Machine Learning (ML) and Python are highly desirable. The candidate should have a minimum of 10 years of overall experience in related fields.

 

Required skills:

  • Minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in ABAP development.
  • Extensive experience with SAP workflows, Fiori, UI5, and NW portal development.
  • Proficiency in Machine Learning and Python is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of SAP architecture and integration.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven leadership and team management abilities.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement robust ABAP solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Lead and mentor a team of developers in ABAP, Fiori, UI5, and NW portal projects and Webdynpro
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Develop and maintain workflows to automate business processes.
  • Create and customize standard Fiori applications and UI5 user interfaces using webide and BTP
  • Hands on experience on Configuring the Fiori Catalogues and Tiles
  • Hands on experience on Gateway Odata services, Extending the standard Odata service
  • Hands on experience on BADI/BAPI Implementation for Finance , Treasury and FI module
  • Must have experience in DDIC and RICEF object , enhancements , User Exits and Screen Exits
  • Must be proficient with object oriented programming concepts
  • Exposure to Sproxy and implementing inbound and outbound proxy, Interfaces
  • Work on NW portal development and ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules.
  • Utilize ML and Python skills to develop innovative solutions and enhance existing applications.
  • Conduct code reviews, ensure best practices, and maintain coding standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ABAP and associated technologies.
  • Stay updated with the latest developments in SAP technologies and incorporate them into the solutions.
  • Provide technical guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Must have experience on rollouts and system component upgrade.
