ABOUT THE ROLE

Holcim is looking for laborers to work on our road crews. Individuals must have personal transportation to travel to multiple work sites and be able to work either days or nights. 

 

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

  • Should have 5 years experience in all aspects of the asphalt paving industry 
  • Must be a highly motivated detail oriented, organized individual who is able to adapt to challenging tasks 
  • Must be innovative, cooperative, dependable and trust worthy 
  • Must have a positive attitude, able to maintain a courteous and professional relationship with co-workers, customers and general public

 

Additional Requirements:

  • Demonstrate a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to health, safety and environmental policies in all work environments and areas. Promote a culture of safety and exhibit these behaviors.
  • Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Holcim approved Personal Protection Equipment ("PPE"), including but not limited to respirators. Subject to applicable law, employees that are required to wear respirators must be clean shaven where the respirator seal meets the face in order to pass the qualitative and quantitative fit tests.
