We are growing! And would like YOU to join us as a Communications Intern. This is a paid internship where you will help us bring the People Strategy to life through clear, creative, and engaging communications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate globally the People Team’s communication calendar and initiatives: Assist with the rollout of global People Strategy initiatives and campaigns
- Support content creation: Draft presentations, articles, newsletters, and campaign content
- Bring stories to life: Develop visuals, infographics, and videos that help drive change around our strategic initiatives
- Support events &workshops: Help plan and communicate internal events such as webinars, forums, and team workshops
- Measure &improve: Collect feedback and track communication reach and engagement to help us continuously improve
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree (in progress) - Student in Communications, Marketing or HR
- Excellent writing and storytelling skills in English (other languages a plus)
- Content creation, Video editing
- Digital toolbox / agile ways of working
- Project - and campaign management
- Creative mindset with basic design skills (PowerPoint essential; Canva/Adobe tools an advantage)
- Interest in People, Transformation, and Sustainability topics
- Proactive, collaborative, and eager to learn in a dynamic, international environment
- Fluency in English is essential
- German, French, Spanish or any other language is a plus
