Role overview
As a Communications Intern, you will play a key role in bringing our People Strategy to life through clear, creative, and engaging communications. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, international environment, where you will support global communication campaigns, create compelling content, and help shape a future-ready employee experience. You will collaborate with our People teams to ensure our communication agenda is directly connected to our business strategy, including our focus on sustainability and decarbonization.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation: Draft and develop presentations, articles, and newsletters to support our People Strategy initiatives.
- Storytelling: Create compelling visuals, infographics, and videos to help drive change and engagement across the organization.
- Event Support: Assist in planning and communicating internal events, including webinars and workshops.
- Campaign Management: Coordinate the global People Team’s communication calendar and assist with the rollout of strategic campaigns.
- Performance Tracking: Collect feedback and track communication reach and engagement to help us continuously improve our efforts.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- A student currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or Human Resources.
- Strong skills in content creation and video editing. Proficiency in PowerPoint is essential, with experience in Canva or Adobe tools being an advantage.
- You must be proactive, collaborative, and eager to learn, with a creative mindset and an interest in people, transformation, and sustainability topics.
- Fluency in English is required; German, French, or Spanish is a plus.
