Role overview

 

As the Compensation & Benefits Specialist, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and managing our global compensation programs. This position requires a data-driven professional with strong project management experience and a solid background in Compensation & Benefits. You will support strategic compensation initiatives by leveraging your expertise in market trends and HR Information Systems, particularly SAP SuccessFactors. Your work will directly contribute to ensuring our compensation structures are competitive and our processes are efficient and data-driven.


Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Analyze compensation data to identify key trends and prepare detailed reports and dashboards for senior leadership and other stakeholders.
  • Support the utilization and optimization of SAP SuccessFactors, with a focus on the Compensation module, to improve processes, reporting, and data integrity.
  • Administer our competitive compensation structures, including base pay and variable pay programs such as bonuses and incentives.
  • Conduct job evaluations and market pricing activities to ensure our compensation is both internally equitable and externally competitive.
  • Manage the organization and implementation of our annual salary and bonus review cycles, providing essential tools and data to our regional and country People teams.
  • Provide expert support and guidance to People partners and other stakeholders on various compensation-related matters.


Required Skills & Qualifications

 

  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Compensation and Benefits specialist or in a related role within an international environment.
  • Education: A university degree or equivalent education in People Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Technical Skills: Proven experience with SAP SuccessFactors (specifically the Compensation module) and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential.
  • Behavioral Competencies: You must be highly detail-oriented and analytical, with excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Languages: Excellent command of spoken and written English is required.
