Role overview
Based at our Corporate Offices in Zug, you will be a key member of our People Services team. One of your main jobs is to act as the central link between our Payroll,People Business Partners, People Managers, and our European Business Center (EBS) support in Kosice, Slovakia to improve and streamline the People administration processes.
You will lead the end-to-end administration processes, ensuring they are organized, efficient, and effective. To succeed in this role, you will leverage your proficiency in SuccessFactors and SAP HR to maintain data integrity and optimize our operational workflows.
Key Responsibilities

Coordinating Teams and Workflows

Liaise between Swiss stakeholders (HRBPs, Payroll, Managers) and Holcim EBS team in Kosice.

Delegate and oversee EBS operational workflows to ensure compliance with Swiss labor law and internal regulations.

HR Systems and Data Management

Own SuccessFactors and SAP HR data integrity, ensuring seamless synchronization with payroll.

Resolve system issues with global HRIS and perform regular data security audits.

Lead local testing and deployment for new global HR tools and features.

People Administration Support

Manage and oversee end-to-end employee lifecycle administration, including contracts, amendments, and complex life events (maternity, military, transfers) and international transfers

Act as the primary point of contact for Swiss tax offices, pension funds, insurance providers, and benefit partners like SWIBECO to ensure seamless service delivery.

Optimize HR workflows, maintain the People Services Intranet, and provide policy expertise to staff and prepare mandatory FTE and Swiss federal statistics for internal and governmental requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in HR Administration field, and proven track record in project management, and good knowledge of Swiss labour law and social security regulations.

Completed commercial apprenticeship (or equivalent education), and further education in HR (e.g., certified HR Specialist).

Proven experience using SuccessFactors and SAP HR, and ability to build strong relationships with the business areas as well as People partners.

Proficient in German and English (written and spoken)
