Overview
Responsible for aiding in all areas of the plant. They are responsible for collecting materials, setting
up forms under supervision and basic concrete placing. They participate in housekeeping and other
various tasks throughout the plant. A high level of safety practices must be used at all times.


Responsibilities: 
• Receive oral instructions to determine work assignments.
• Willing to start shift at 04:00 am Monday to Friday
• Perform physical activities that require considerable use of your arms and legs and moving your
whole body, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling of materials.
• Finish concrete products
• Transport raw materials, finished products and equipment throughout plant manually or using
powered equipment.
• Assist machine operators, crane operators and other workers.
• Assist with minor repairs and maintenance.
• Remove rubble and other debris.
• Clean and remove excess debris from molds and other equipment.
• Participate in daily Pre-Production Meetings.
• Complete Field Level Risk Assessments before beginning each task.


Qualifications: 
• These positions require a minimum of 1 year of experience
• Previous experience in Pipe would be an asset
• Concrete experience would be an asset
• Forklift experience would be an asset
