Job Title Payroll Specialist
Location LCE HQ
Reporting to Payroll Lead
Band G
Job Purpose Responsible for implementing and finalizing payroll, ensuring zero errors to guarantee high accuracy.

Key Accountabilities:

1-Health & Safety:

Adhere to and enforce relevant legislation and policies and ensure that the highest degree of safety and safe working practices are maintained.


2-Functional:

Review and verify payroll data, which includes employee information, earnings, deductions, and tax calculations are updated on the ERP system.

Execute end-to-end payroll processing for all employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and labor requirements.

Ensure compliance with Egyptian labor laws, social insurance regulations, and tax laws.

Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely posting of payroll transactions during the monthly end-closing processes.

Finalizing all HR Operations payments requests follow-up with the Finance to ensure payments are finalized.

Review payroll payments and account reconciliations.

Address and resolve employee inquiries related to payroll in a timely and professional manner.

Review, validate and monitor the payment cycle of the Medical and Life Insurance Invoices.

Prepare the required reports regularly (Budget, OT, People Cost, Saving Fund, Tax and Social insurance, Cost Center report).

Handling payroll-related audit requests and participating in internal and external audits.

Responsible for Payroll enhancement projects.
   
Education, Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, majoring in HR or any relevant field
 
Technical Skills: in depth knowledge of different HR Payroll and Labor Law, Fluent English, Excellent communication, Proficiency level in excel, knowledge in oracle & SAP.

1-3 years of experience.
