HERACLES Group, Greece's leading company in the field of building materials and a member of Holcim, is seeking to cover the position of Trainee Lawyer for our Headquarters at Lykovrysi.


Duties & Responsibilities

●    Supporting the Legal Department in the daily legal operations of the Group and its affiliated companies
●    Assisting in the drafting, review, and management of commercial agreements, corporate documents, and legal correspondence 
●    Conducting legal research on commercial, civil, and corporate law matters 
●    Monitoring legal documentation and maintaining organized legal records and databases 
●    Assisting with compliance, regulatory, and administrative procedures related to the company’s business activities 


Qualifications & Skills

●    Bachelor’s degree in Law.
●    Excellent command of the English language 
●    Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, Word) 
●    Ability to work and adapt in a corporate environment 
●    Strong organizational and communication skills 
●    Willingness to learn and strong team spirit 
●    Preference will be given to candidates with at least 12 months remaining to complete their legal traineeship period

Compensation

Compensation is offered in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Greek Code of Lawyers and depending on qualifications.
