THE OPPORTUNITY

Join the Group Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) team and take part in an international project that connects people, data, and impact.
This internship offers a unique opportunity to discover how a global function operates, while contributing to a high-visibility Recognition & Reward (R&R) initiative. You’ll gain hands-on experience and key learnings in project management, communication, and data analysis, while collaborating with teams around the world. You’ll be part of a supportive group where curiosity, ownership, and initiative are valued a real first step into the corporate world.
Missions
- Project coordination: Support the planning, follow-up, and rollout of the Group HSE Recognition & Reward project, working with global stakeholders.
- Digital tools & intranet: Help manage and update the HSE intranet, as well as internal tools built on Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides, AppScript).
- Data support: Discover and assist in the validation of the data lake, to ensure accurate KPI reporting.
- Communication & reporting: Prepare clear, engaging updates and presentations that highlight progress and insights to a very global audience.
- Continuous improvement: Bring ideas to simplify processes, improve collaboration, and enhance communication efficiency.
DESIRED PROFILE
Educational level : Bachelor's degrees / Master's degrees
Training: Background in Communication, Business, Engineering, or another field, what matters most is being a curious and motivated student, eager to learn how projects are managed in a global organization and contribute to real initiatives.
Technical skills & professional experience:
- Comfortable using Google Workspace tools (Sheets, Slides, Docs); familiarity with AppScript or other automation tools is a plus.
- Analytical mindset with an interest in data, KPIs, and continuous improvement.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Soft skills:
- Curious, motivated, and eager to learn.
- Organized, proactive, and able to work both independently and in a team.
- Collaborative, adaptable, and comfortable in a multicultural corporate environment
Spoken languages:
- Fluent in English; proficiency in French is optional.
