ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a highly accomplished role that requires the appropriate candidate to support and manage the integration of newly acquired businesses into Holcim North America financial processes, quickly jumping from creative to analytical while maintaining poise and accountability in problem solving, breaking down barriers, and solutions implementation. This position also supports the Treasurer in obtaining credit, implementing financings, compliance and special projects as required.
WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH
- Move swiftly proactively ensuring overall systems efficiency and program effectiveness.
- Develop strategies while implementing programs that encourage, and connect our cross-functional teams to ensure the successful integration of acquired companies.
- Post-acquisition - own finance/banking integration plan execution and co-ordinate post-transaction closing action items, including purchase price allocations, registrations, de-registrations, filings and other compliance / agreed upon matters with sellers.
- Develop, recommend and execute the integration strategy and plans for acquisitions.
- Effectively monitor acquisition goals and communicate performance updates to executive leadership.
- Thoroughly complete treasury related due diligence requests for potential acquisitions including but not limited to review of debt agreements, leases and off balance sheet commitments and make recommendations.
- Assist with the finance planning including Requests for Approval.
- Lead all aspects of integration of programs, processes and systems to support successful company acquisitions as well as other companies not yet on centralized processes.
- Maintain and enhance treasury systems from a business perspective, working closely with IT to ensure the implementation of cutting-edge treasury solutions.
- Be a thoughtful strategic partner with cross-functional leaders at all stages of the deal to define and execute upon integration details critical for acquisition success.
- Serve as a strategic business partner to develop strong, proactive collaborative working relationships across the organization.
- Coordinate with IT, Accounting, Tax, and Legal departments on treasury-related matters and actively participate in periodic Committee meetings with the Treasurer and CFO.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Education: Master's degree
Field of Study Preferred: Business Administration with a focus on Financial Accounting/Controlling/IT
Required Work Experience:
- Minimum 10+ years experience in corporate development, consulting, people, finance, and/or program management roles
- Knowledge of SAP treasury modules and financial consolidation tools
- Prior experience in finance and project management (including IT) is beneficial
Required Training/Certifications: CPA certification is advantageous
Travel Requirements: 10%

- Strong team leadership and project management abilities with a commitment to team performance and meeting strict deadlines.
- Excellent analytical skills with a high standard of integrity and accuracy.
- Proven track record of leading M&A integrations.
- Proficiency with SAP treasury modules and financial consolidation tools.
- Prior experience in IT project management related to treasury systems is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage cross-functional responsibilities.
- Fluent in English; additional language skills are beneficial.
- Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Holcim approved Personal Protection Equipment ("PPE"), including but not limited to respirators. Employees that are required to wear respirators must be clean shaven where the respirator seal meets the face in order to pass the qualitative and quantitative fit tests.
