We are seeking an APIs & Integration Leader to drive the adoption and implementation of DevOps practices and frameworks across all regions. This role focuses on streamlining development lifecycles and building efficient CI/CD pipelines for the company’s most critical applications.

 

What you will do:

  • Align the design, development processes, solution portfolio, technology, and implementation methodology with Holcim frameworks and standards.
  • Provide technical support to regional and global initiatives and projects.
  • Led the APIs and integration team to provide tools/best practices/frameworks and guidelines to improve the quality of the software deliverables and indirectly reduce the life cycle time of the SAP and non-SAP requirements.
  • Manage the application lifecycle including utilization and decommissioning.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or related discipline
  • SAP ABAP Certification
  • DevOps Certification/Training is desired.
  • Test Automation Certification/Training (Tricentis/LogicApps/UiPath) for SAP & Non-SAP is desired
  • Experience defining/Implementing integrations with Cloud/On-premise products
  • Experience leading multi-discipline, high-performing work teams/groups
  • Fluent English (B2+)
