En Holcim estamos buscando a nuestro/a próximo/a Experto/a en IAM (Identity and Access Management) para liderar la arquitectura, desarrollo e implementación de nuestras soluciones de gestión del ciclo de vida del usuario (ULCM).

Tu Misión en el Rol

Serás la pieza clave en la ingeniería y optimización de nuestra plataforma SailPoint, programando reglas personalizadas, conectores y flujos de trabajo en Java, además de integrar soluciones de acceso privilegiado (PAM) e impulsar la provisión automática de derechos de acceso.

 

Responsabilidades Principales

  • Desarrollar, mantener y mejorar la solución de Gestión de Identidades y Accesos (IAM/SailPoint), incluyendo la configuración de conectores, reglas en Java y flujos de trabajo (workflows).
  • Diseñar e integrar soluciones de Gestión de Accesos Privilegiados (PAM como CyberArk, Safeguard) y protocolos de Single Sign-On (SSO / MFA).
  • Planificar la incorporación (on-boarding) e integración de nuevas aplicaciones corporativas al ecosistema de identidades.
  • Realizar minería de roles (role mining) y análisis de derechos de acceso (entitlement analysis) para garantizar la Segregación de Funciones (SoD).
  • Soportar infraestructura dinámica como código apoyándote en metodologías DevOps y tecnologías Cloud (Git, Jenkins, CloudFormation, etc.).

 

Requisitos Indispensables (Must Have)

  • Formación: Título universitario en Ingeniería de Sistemas, Computación, Ciberseguridad o experiencia equivalente.

 

Experiencia Técnica:

 

  • Mínimo 4 años de experiencia en IAM para fuerza laboral (workforce IAM), realizando arquitectura e implementación de soluciones IGA,  con SailPoint (IdentityIQ o IdentityNow)
    Idiomas: Nivel de Inglés B2 o superior (capaz de mantener conversaciones técnicas y de negocio con equipos globales).

  • Habilidad para comunicarse eficazmente con diversos stakeholders y entornos multiculturales

At Holcim, we are looking for our next IAM (Identity and Access Management) Expert to lead the architecture, development, and implementation of our User Lifecycle Management (ULCM) solutions.

You will be part of a global Cybersecurity team focused on ensuring trust, automation, and access security for thousands of employees worldwide.

 

Your Mission in the Role

 

You will be a key player in engineering and optimizing our SailPoint platform by programming custom rules, connectors, and workflows in Java. Additionally, you will integrate Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions and drive automated access rights provisioning.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance the Identity and Access Management solution (IAM/SailPoint), including connector configurations, custom Java rules, and workflows.
  • Design and integrate Privileged Access Management solutions (PAM such as CyberArk, Safeguard) and Single Sign-On (SSO / MFA) protocols.
  • Plan and execute application onboarding and integration into the identity ecosystem.
  • Perform analytical role mining and entitlement analysis to ensure Segregation of Duties (SoD).
  • Support dynamic infrastructure as code, leveraging DevOps methodologies and Cloud technologies (Git, Jenkins, CloudFormation, etc.).

 

Must-Have Requirements

 

Education: University degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or equivalent experience.

 

Technical Experience:

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in Workforce IAM, performing architecture, implementation, and maintenance of IGA solutions, specifically with SailPoint (IdentityIQ or IdentityNow).
  • Languages: English level B2 or higher (capable of holding technical and business conversations with global teams).

  • Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders in multicultural environments.
