En Holcim buscamos un Trainee SAP HCM apasionado por la tecnología, el análisis de datos y la resolución de problemas. En este rol brindarás soporte al área de Sistemas en la configuración funcional de la herramienta, documentación de procesos y actualización de tablas operativas para diferentes países. Es una excelente oportunidad para iniciar tu carrera profesional aprendiendo la lógica interna de una de las plataformas empresariales más importantes del mundo.

 

Principales Responsabilidades

 

  • Configuración y Tablas SAP: Apoyar la parametrización de tablas operativas, actualización de valores de referencia y creación de conceptos de pago informativos en SAP HCM.
  • Análisis y Resolución de Problemas: Revisar la lógica de código para rastrear fallas, entender el origen de los datos y ajustar las configuraciones necesarias en el sistema.
  • Documentación de Procesos: Diseñar y estructurar manuales, guías funcionales y flujos de trabajo del área.
  • Gestión de Datos: Consolidar, analizar y estructurar información utilizando Google Sheets para el seguimiento de procesos.
  • Innovación: Explorar e integrar herramientas de Inteligencia Artificial para optimizar la documentación y mejorar la eficiencia de las tareas diarias.

 

Requisitos del Perfil

 

  • Formación: Estudiantes de últimos semestres o recién graduados de Ingeniería de Sistemas, Ingeniería Industrial,  o carreras afines.
  • Experiencia: De 0 a 1 año (se valora experiencia previa en prácticas o proyectos universitarios).
  • Lógica de Programación: Capacidad para leer e interpretar lógica de código (revisión de algoritmos o rutinas para encontrar fallas). 
  • Herramientas: Manejo intermedio / avanzado de Google Sheets (fórmulas, tablas dinámicas).Conocimiento o interés en el uso de herramientas de Inteligencia Artificial.
  • Ingles: B1-B2.
  • Competencias: Alta capacidad analítica, atención al detalle, orientación a la resolución de problemas y excelentes habilidades de redacción/documentación.

Key Responsibilities

 

  • SAP Configuration & Tables: Assist with the parameterization of operational tables, updating reference values, and creating informative wage types in SAP HCM.
  • Problem Analysis & Resolution: Review code logic to trace issues, understand data origins, and make necessary system configuration adjustments.
  • Process Documentation: Design and structure manuals, functional guides, and department workflows.
  • Data Management: Consolidate, analyze, and structure information using Google Sheets for process tracking.
  • Innovation: Explore and integrate Artificial Intelligence tools to optimize documentation and improve daily task efficiency.

 

Profile Requirements

 

  • Education: Final-year students or recent graduates in Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
  • Experience: 0 to 1 year (prior internship or academic project experience is valued).
  • Programming Logic: Ability to read and interpret code logic (reviewing algorithms or routines to identify faults).
  • Tools: Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables). Knowledge of or interest in using Artificial Intelligence tools.
  • Medellin city.
  • English Level: B1–B2.
  • Competencies: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and excellent writing/documentation skills.
