Misión: Liderar el diseño estratégico, la implementación y la gobernanza de los controles de ciberseguridad en las plantas de fabricación de la región, garantizando la continuidad del negocio, la seguridad física (safety) y la resiliencia operativa frente a ciberamenazas. La persona seleccionada actuará como el guardián de seguridad (gatekeeper) desde la perspectiva de planta, asegurando la protección de los sistemas de control industrial (ICS/SCADA/DCS/PLC) e impulsando la adopción de nuevas tecnologías y la digitalización de forma segura en las operaciones de Latinoamérica. 

 

RESPONSABILIDADES PRINCIPALES

  • Gobernanza y Evaluación de Seguridad en Planta: Revisar y validar solicitudes de seguridad OT alineadas con las políticas globales, realizando evaluaciones de riesgo (análisis de zonas y conductos bajo la norma IEC 62443) en entornos industriales nuevos y existentes.
  • Gestión de Dominios de Ciberseguridad OT: Ser propietario y gestionar la implementación de soluciones técnicas de protección (segmentación de redes, EPP/EDR, detección de intrusos IDS/CPS, acceso remoto seguro y gestión de parches/vulnerabilidades).
  • Respuesta a Incidentes y Análisis de Causa Raíz: Liderar la contención, investigación y análisis posterior a incidentes de ciberseguridad en entornos de planta, en colaboración con los equipos locales de operaciones y el equipo global de ciberseguridad.
  • Colaboración Transversal y Cultura de Seguridad: Trabajar en conjunto con Gerentes de Planta, Mantenimiento, Ingenieros de Automatización y equipos de TI para implementar controles sin impactar la disponibilidad del proceso operativo, además de impartir capacitaciones especializadas en ciberseguridad industrial al personal de planta.


REQUISITOS DEL PERFIL

  • Ubicación: Medellín- Colombia. (disponibilidad para viajar a plantas de la región hasta un 20% al año).
  • Formación Académica: Título Profesional en Ingeniería de Sistemas, Ingeniería Eléctrica, Automatización Industrial, Ciberseguridad o carreras afines.
  • Experiencia Laboral: De 4 a 8 años de experiencia profesional en seguridad OT/ICS o ciberseguridad industrial (se valorará positivamente la trayectoria previa en áreas de mantenimiento, instrumentación o automatización industrial con orientación hacia la ciberseguridad).

 

  • Conocimientos Técnicos Indispensables:
    -Comprensión sólida de sistemas de control industrial (SCADA, DCS, PLC) y soluciones de ciberseguridad OT (firewalls industriales, EDR, acceso remoto seguro).
    -Conocimiento en la metodología de evaluación de riesgos por zonas y conductos bajo la norma IEC 62443.
    Nivel de Idioma: Inglés B2.
  • Competencias Profesionales: Capacidad para conectar entre el lenguaje técnico de planta y el de TI, negociación diplomática con actores clave, alta autonomía operativa y mentalidad orientada a soluciones
