SAP MM SPECIALIST

Americas Digital Center is the technology partner for Holcim countries in Latin America. We are a strong team of nearly 200 highly skilled IT specialists, based in Medellín and across different countries in the region.

We are looking for a Logistics Apps Specialist with a deep focus on SAP MM to join Holcim ADC. In this role, you will be the functional expert responsible for tailoring our global SAP template to the specific operational realities of the Americas, ensuring seamless integration between procurement, logistics, and business growth.

What you will do:

• Requirement Definition: Work directly with business directors to define functional requirements and translate them into robust SAP solutions and customized reporting.

• System Optimization: Proactively offer enhancements and fine-tune global SAP functionalities to align with local operational needs and P2P best practices.

• Operational Governance: Oversee all assigned SAP MM application configurations, ensuring system stability and resolving complex functional incidents.

• Implementation & Expertise: Provide functional expertise and approvals during development and test planning, ensuring that all localizations and enhancements meet the overall design requirements of the global landscape.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

• Core Expertise: Senior-level experience as a SAP Functional Consultant with a strong focus on SAP MM (Material Management).

• Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) cycle and inventory management. Knowledge of SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) is a plus.

• Implementation Track Record: Proven experience with direct responsibility in full-cycle SAP implementations and localization projects.
