We are looking for an ITSM Senior Analyst (Service Change, Release and Problem Lead) who will be the guardian of our systems' stability. You will be responsible for governing the lifecycle of all priority changes, ensuring smooth releases, and taking full ownership of our Change Management ecosystem to guarantee zero detriment to live systems.

What you will do:

• Facilitator: Serve as a liaison between varying ADC ITSC units to guarantee smooth and timely delivery of software products or updates.

• Gatekeeper: “Hold the keys” to production systems and take full responsibility for their implementations.

• Troubleshooter: Help solve problems at “launch” by investigating all incidents relating to Release failures, identifying and mobilizing the resources required for resolution and recurrence prevention.

• Govern & Evolve: Drive an effective, agile, and cohesive Change Management process in alignment with ITIL best practices.

• Process Owner: Own all Change Management activities, including minor change approvals, impact assessments, chairing the Change Advisory Board (CAB), and managing RFCs, KPIs, and change schedules.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline with an IT focus.

• Expertise: At least 3 years of experience in IT Change and Release management processes.

• Certifications: ITIL Practitioner is highly desired; knowledge of CoBIT or CMMI is a plus.

• Fluent English (min. B2).
