Sales Representative
We’re seeking an experienced and passionate Sales Representative to expand our solutions in the Hungarian Roofing Market.
While our head office is located in Bratislava, this role is field-based and offers full flexibility, there is no requirement to work from the headquarters. You’ll have the autonomy to manage your region independently, with support from our international team as needed.
In this role, you own your schedule and drive results your way. Whether you’re an early bird or a night owl, what matters is performance, autonomy, and ambition.
You will be the go-to expert for architects, engineers, investors, and roofing contractors, offering premium Elevate solutions that set industry benchmarks.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Sales & Business Development:
- Identify, approach, and build long-term partnerships with roofing contractors, architects, builders, and construction firms;
- Design and execute strategic sales plans that exceed targets;
- Champion Elevate roofing systems (EPDM/TPO/PVC/PIR) tailored to customer needs.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build strong trust-based relationships with new and existing clients;
- Provide top-tier service, advice, and product support from first contact to after-sales.
- Market Intelligence & Reporting:
- Analyze trends, track competitors, and identify opportunities to grow market share;
- Deliver accurate forecasts, feedback, and insights to drive strategy
4.Deal-Making & Negotiation:
- Own the negotiation process from pricing to contracts;
- Close deals efficiently and profitably;
- Partner with marketing, customer service, and logistics to ensure seamless delivery;
- Stay updated through product training and industry insights.
Your qualifications, experience and skills:
- 5+ years of successful sales experience in the roofing or construction materials industry ideally but not mandatory;
- Speaking fluent Hungarian and English
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Expert negotiator and relationship builder
- Self-starter mindset with exceptional time management
- Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of roofing systems and industry trends
