Your Role:
As an HR Generalist, you'll play a vital role in supporting our people and ensuring smooth operations. Here's an overview of what you'll be responsible for:

  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Collaborate with the plant manager to attract and hire top talent. Manage the full recruitment cycle and handle contract negotiations in line with company guidelines.
  • Payroll & Compliance: Oversee payroll processing with external providers and ensure full compliance with German labor laws and regulations.
  • Training & Development: Help guide employee career growth and training initiatives. Foster an environment of continuous learning.
  • Performance Management: Assist with performance reviews, bonus plans, and smooth employee exits.
  • Works Council Collaboration: Serve as a key point of contact and trusted partner in discussions and negotiations with the works council.
  • Budgeting & Ethics: Support budgeting processes and ensure adherence to data protection and compliance policies.

 

Your Profile:
We’re looking for someone with:

  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in HR, ideally within a multinational company.
  • Education: A degree in Business Administration (with an HR focus) or a related field.
  • Knowledge: Solid understanding of labor laws and experience working with works councils.
  • Additional Skills: Project management experience would be a great bonus.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English (both written and spoken) and German (both written and spoken)
