Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and analytical Process Engineer to support the commissioning and ongoing operation of the TPO system. In this role, you will work closely with Production, Quality, and Development teams to optimize manufacturing processes, improve operational efficiency, and support the implementation of new technologies and production methods.

Your responsibilities will Include:

  • Supporting the commissioning and stable operation of the TPO production system.
  • Planning and integrating new production processes in close collaboration with the manufacturing organization.
  • Analyzing and optimizing existing production processes to improve quality, efficiency, and cost performance.
  • Planning, coordinating, and implementing process optimization and continuous improvement projects.
  • Introducing, applying, and monitoring Lean Management, Six Sigma, and related methodologies.
  • Creating, updating, and maintaining process documentation, technical procedures, and work instructions.
  • Collaborating closely with cross-functional departments including Production, Quality, Engineering, and Development.
  • Supporting the implementation of new systems, equipment, and manufacturing technologies.
  • Monitoring process performance and identifying opportunities for operational excellence and standardization.
  • Providing technical support and process expertise during daily production activities.

Your qualifications, experience and skills

  • Completed university degree in Engineering, such as Process Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Production Technology, or a related field.
  • Initial professional experience in process management, manufacturing, or production engineering is considered an advantage.
  • Good understanding of Lean Management, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Strong analytical thinking and a structured, solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic production environment.
  • Proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office applications; experience with ERP or production systems is an advantage.
