Marketing Manager D - A - CH (m/w/d)
As Marketing Manager D-A-CH, you’ll drive the development and execution of regional marketing strategies that strengthen our brand, engage customers, and support business growth across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
What You’ll Do
• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies for the D-A-CH region in alignment with global objectives
• Plan and implement multi-channel campaigns, including digital, print, and events
• Localize global marketing materials and messaging to suit regional market needs
• Create and manage regional content for the website, social media, newsletters, and other communication channels
• Ensure consistent brand presence and quality across all customer touchpoints in the region
• Collaborate with design, content, and product teams to produce marketing assets tailored to the D-A-CH market
• Coordinate with external partners, agencies, and service providers for campaign and event execution
• Plan and manage regional events such as trade fairs, customer events, and sales meetings — from logistics to follow-up
• Track and analyze marketing performance (ROI, engagement, conversion rates), providing insights to optimize campaigns
• Act as a bridge between the regional office and global marketing, ensuring alignment and sharing of best practices
What You Bring
• Preferably a degree in Communications or Marketing (Bachelor’s/Master’s)
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in the marketing field
• Hands-on mentality, initiative, and sense of responsibility
• Precise working style, customer-oriented thinking, and enjoyment in working as part of a team
• Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
• Experience in the construction or building materials industry is a plus
