Western Regional Sales Manager - Waterproofing

Overview
This is a position that will be responsible for guiding and training a sales force specific to Decking and Waterproofing products for the Western United States. This manager should have the ability to utilize a holistic approach to meet Region and Division growth objectives. This individual must be able to work with local area managers and independent sales reps to organize and implement training programs. This individual should have strong business communication, time-management and decision making skills.

Responsibilities
- Create and execute on a clear road-map for strategic success with area managers and independent sales reps
- Provide support in market specific to DWP products and channel to ACS team
- Present AIA classes to architects and consultants
- Ability to consult with local GC's and building owners on best waterproofing practices
- Generate leads for local sales team through Dodge construction reports using CRM system
- Represent ACS at local and regional Trade Shows
- Ability to meet or exceed territory sales & profit targets
- Analyze market trends and discover new opportunities for growth
Qualifications
- Three to five years sales experience (Coatings & Building Material industry is preferred)
- Have a good working knowledge of ROI's and KPI's
- Preparing reports for presentation purposes with both internal and external groups
- Speak and present to large groups in a training format
- Ability to climb a ladder and enter confined spaces (certification)
- CRM and MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Power-Point)
- Multi-account management
- Availability to travel frequently (75%)
