As we continue to look for more sustainable ways to build, we need world-class talent to join our team. We are seeking a Supply Chain Management intern for Summer 2025 who are passionate about sustainability, driven by curiosity and keen to grow, learn, develop and thrive in our high-performance culture. This internship will take place at one of our facilities in either Waukesha, WI, Rockland, MA or Houston, TX. This opportunity will be a 10-week, paid internship beginning June 2025.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
- Managing end-to-end supply chain in designated product portfolio: Oversee all aspects of supply chain operations, from procurement of raw materials to production planning, logistics, and distribution of finished goods.
- Key raw materials monthly bidding: Conduct monthly competitive bidding for critical raw materials, negotiating prices to ensure optimal pricing, quality, and supply reliability.
- Digital transformation project management: execute digital transformation initiatives, including the implementation of a new transportation management system to optimize logistics and improve visibility, as well as streamlining MRP data management to enhance demand forecasting and inventory planning.
- Inventory management on aging and obsolete items: manage aging and obsolete stock, and support continuous improvement efforts to optimize inventory levels.
- Supplier specification management: Maintain and update supplier specifications to ensure alignment with quality standards and production requirements, collaborating with suppliers to resolve discrepancies and drive compliance.
- Conclude your internship with a presentation to executive leadership, showcasing your learnings and contributions.

- Students who are currently enrolled in an undergraduate program majoring in Supply Chain Management, Statistics, or Business Analytics.
- Strong academic performance.
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas.
- Team oriented and able to work with all levels of the organization.
- Willing to spend time out in the field getting to know the business firsthand.
SCHEDULE AND ENVIRONMENT:
- This is an onsite role; the intern will be expected to be onsite Monday - Friday and work an 8-hour shift (40 hours per week is mandatory).
- In this internship position, you will be working in a PLANT office environment.
- You will be responsible for your own transportation to and from your worksite for the summer.
- Throughout the duration of your internship, you may be required to travel for site tours, shadow experiences, or intern events.
