We are seeking an IT Intern for Summer 2025 who is passionate about sustainability, driven by curiosity and keen to grow, learn, develop and thrive in our high-performance culture. This internship will take place at our headquarters in Nashville, TN. This opportunity will be a 10-week, paid internship beginning June 2025.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
- This position is in the Local and Plant IT Support team, responsible for networking, client computing technologies and local support of our manufacturing facilities.
- Support the team with operational tasks including:
- Client PC rollouts and remediations
- Inventory management
- Dashboarding for Department Performance, including computer population statistics and various availability and work metrics.
- Business case development and project planning for future roadmap initiatives.
- Support team migration to Agile model in JIRA platform.
- Support team in deploying standard technology platform in recently acquired facilities.
- Infrastructure as Code – Scripting and automation projects to support efficient operations.
- Conclude your internship with a presentation to executive leadership, showcasing your learnings and contributions.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Students who are currently enrolled in an undergraduate program majoring in Computer Science, IT Management or a related major.
- Strong academic performance.
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas.
- Team oriented and able to work with all levels of the organization.
- Willing to spend time out in the field getting to know the business firsthand.
SCHEDULE AND ENVIRONMENT:
- This is an onsite role; the intern will be expected to be onsite Monday - Friday and work an 8-hour shift (40 hours per week is mandatory).
- In this internship position, you will be working in an office environment at our Nashville office.
- You will be responsible for your own transportation to and from your worksite for the summer.
- Throughout the duration of your internship, you may be required to travel for site tours, shadow experiences, or intern events. In the event of travel to one of our other sites, the
company will provide for travel arrangements.
