We are seeking Internship, Product Management for Summer 2025 who are passionate about sustainability, driven by curiosity and keen to grow, learn, develop and thrive in our high-performance culture. This opportunity will be a 10-week, paid internship beginning June 2nd, 2025.
The Product Management Intern you will work closely with the Product Management team to support the development and execution of strategies for our commercial roofing product portfolio. This is an opportunity to gain practical experience in product lifecycle management, market analysis, and cross-functional collaboration while contributing to initiatives that drive business growth.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
Support the development and implementation of
● Market Analysis:
○ Research market trends, customer needs, and competitive products in the commercial roofing sector.
○ Analyze data to identify gaps and opportunities in the product portfolio.
● Product Development Support:
○ Assist in creating product specifications, documentation, and business cases for new product development projects.
○ Participate in product testing and performance evaluations.
● Sales & Marketing Collaboration:
○ Work with the sales and marketing teams to develop product positioning and messaging strategies.
○ Contribute to sales tools, presentations, and marketing collateral for product launches.
● Customer Insights:
○ Engage with customers and distributors to gather feedback on product performance and desired features.
○ Summarize findings and provide actionable recommendations to the Product Management team.
● Cross-Functional Coordination:
○ Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth product launches and updates.
○ Support project management activities, including timeline tracking and deliverable coordination.
- Conclude your internship with a presentation to executive leadership, showcasing your learnings and contributions.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Students who are currently enrolled in an undergraduate program majoring in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
Strong academic performance.
Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas.
Team oriented and able to work with all levels of the organization.
Willing to spend time out in the field getting to know the business firsthand.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with project management tools is a plus.
Demonstrated interest in the construction or building materials industry is preferred.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Up to 15% Travel to support market research activities.
SCHEDULE AND ENVIRONMENT:
This is an onsite role; the intern will be expected to be onsite Monday - Friday and work an 8-hour shift (40 hours per week is mandatory).
In this internship position, you will be working in an office environment.
You will be responsible for your own transportation to and from your worksite for the summer.
Throughout the duration of your internship, you may be required to travel for site tours, shadow experiences, or intern events.
