Pay: $25.81 + $1.00 shift differential

ABOUT THE ROLE

Floater
Purpose:
• Intimate knowledge of two or more positions.
• Flexible to move between positions as needed.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

•   Clear communication both written and verbal.
•   Follow all safety and quality guidelines.
•   Responsible for training teammates to job tasks.
•   Ensure procedures and work instructions are followed in the production area.
•   Cover open positions, including coverage for PTO, breaks and lunches.
•   Ability to operate equipment, processes and troubleshoot, with minimal assistance.
•   Complete and maintain paperwork associated with each position. Maintain 5S assigned area. Other duties as assigned.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

•   High School Diploma
•   Forklift experience
•   Recent Manufacturing/Production Experience
Working Conditions:
•   Ability to work in a non-temperature-controlled environment.
•   Maintain a clean safe area.
•   Wear proper PPE as required.
Physical requirements:
•   Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
•   Ability to Stand, Stoop, and bend for extended periods of time.
