Holcim Roofing EMEA is looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketer to support and grow our online presence located in Zaventem. The Digital Marketer will be responsible for managing social media channels, executing email marketing campaigns, supporting marketing automation initiatives, and coordinating digital projects related to our website and online platforms.

The ideal candidate combines creativity with analytical thinking and has experience managing multiple digital channels to drive engagement, nurture leads, and improve digital performance.

 

Your Profile:

 

Website & Digital Projects

 

  • Ensure website content is up to date and optimized for performance and user experience
  • Coordinate updates and improvements for the company website
  • Manage landing pages and online campaign pages
  • Work with designers, developers, and external partners on digital projects

 

Digital Marketing Campaigns

 

  • Support the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns
  • Track and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools
  • Prepare performance reports and actionable insights
  • Identify opportunities to improve digital marketing performance

 

Social Media Management

 

  • Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
  • Manage daily social media activity
  • Monitor performance metrics and optimize campaigns to increase engagement and reach


Email Marketing

 

  • Create and manage email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and promotional emails
  • Build and segment email lists to improve targeting and personalization
  • Monitor email performance (open rates, click rates, conversions)
  • Optimize campaigns through A/B testing and reporting

 

Requirements for the role:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Digital Media, or related field
  • 5 + years of experience in digital marketing or similar role
  • Experience with social media management tools
  • Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, etc.)
  • Experience with SEO and digital advertising (Google Ads, paid social)
  • Experience with website CMS systems (e.g., Drupal)
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and workflows
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Nice to have

  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, ActiveCampaign, etc.)
  • Knowledge of SEO and digital advertising (Google Ads, paid social)
  • Basic knowledge of HTML
  • Experience with CRM systems
  • Graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe tools)
  • Worked in B2B environment before
