Junior Sales Engineer (Roofing Solutions)
As a Junior Sales Engineer, you will support the implementation of the sales strategy developed by the Regional Business Manager or Sales Director. Your role will focus on assisting in achieving the company’s sales goals and expanding our customer base. This is a learning-focused position, offering strong mentorship and development opportunities in technical sales within the roofing sector.

Key Responsibilities
- Support regional sales efforts to achieve or exceed targets for Rhepanol & Rhenofol roofing products.
- Assist in managing relationships with key contractors, installers, and distributors.
- Help prepare monthly sales forecasts and customer reports.
- Participate in developing and executing local action plans for specific customers and partners.
- Monitor market trends, pricing, and competitor activity with guidance from senior team members.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as credit, customer service, and technical support.
- Keep Salesforce CRM updated with project and customer information.
Your Profile
Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience
- Up to 2 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Engineering, or Manufacturing (internships included).
- Exposure to B2B environments or technical product sales is a plus.
- Experience in CRM tools or digital reporting platforms is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel regionally and learn through field visits.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Eagerness to learn technical details and apply them in customer discussions.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Salesforce, SAP, or Tableau is a plus.
- Fluency in Dutch and English; French or German is a plus.
