Role overview

Your responsibilities will include:

Being responsible for activities related to employee’s data management in HR systems.

Creating new Employee profiles, changing the data or working conditions of the Employee and delimiting the Employee profiles after leaving.

Supporting payroll related tasks.

Cooperating with HR business Partners via video call, emails and a ticketing tool to perform tasks in several HR systems.

Creating New Employee profiles, managing Employee personal data, working condition changes.

Actively participating in the drive to continuously improve our HR service, brainstorming new ideas and proactively seeking ways to improve how we do things.
Your qualifications, experience and skills

University degree in Human Resources or related fields (Business Administration, Economics, Data Management, Administration)

Experience in Personnel Administration or HR
-
English and Romanian- Upper-intermediate (B2)

Advanced knowledge of Google Toolkit

Strong analytical abilities
-
Very good communication and teamwork skills, strong collaborative spirit, ability to adapt and collaborate with colleagues from different cultures.

Experience with SAP or SuccessFactors is a plus
Compensation: €1,700 - €1,900 gross. The final salary will be determined based on the same criteria for all candidates.

Annual 5% Bonus
The bonus is paid once a year, linked to objectives as defined for a specific year. Usual goals contain the company financial objectives, customer feedback, health and safety objectives. The annual bonus is paid out in March for the previous year, proportionally calculated based on objectives performance and a number of months worked in Holcim European Business Services.
