Who is Holcim European Business Services?
Holcim European Business Services is located in the heart of Košice, where we provide support to partnering Group companies in Europe from financial transactions, such as accounting, invoicing, and master data maintenance, to HR administration, recruitment support, payroll and data analytics.

 

Role overview

As a Recruitment Specialist you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial candidate sourcing to final onboarding. Ideally, you will have a strong understanding of recruitment best practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

 

Your responsibilities will include:

 

  • Candidates Sourcing and Screening by utilizing various channels (e.g., job boards, social media, networking) to attract potential candidates; Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates; Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit.

  • Collaboration with Hiring Managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements; Provide guidance and expertise on effective recruitment strategies; Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.

  • Interviewing and Selection : Conduct in-depth interviews to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit; Present qualified candidates to hiring managers and facilitate decision-making processes ; Collect and provide feedback to candidates throughout the selection process.

  • Negotiate offers with selected candidates, considering internal equity and market trends.

  • Recruitment Administration and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (Success Factor) ; Continuously improve recruitment processes and procedures based on data insights.

  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice; Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates for future opportunities.

 

 

Your qualifications, experience and skills 

 

  • Education in Human Resources or related field (Psychology, Marketing and PR, Management, Administration) is a plus

  • English AND German upper intermediate (B2)

  • Very good communication skills and confident working at all levels in an organization

  • A proactive and self-organized attitude to getting things done

  • Good teamwork skills and a strong collaborative spirit

  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment with changing focus

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

  • High level of professionalism and integrity in dealing with confidential information.
