Holcim European Business Services is located in the heart of Košice, where we provide support to partnering Group companies in Europe from financial transactions, such as accounting, invoicing, and master data maintenance, to HR administration, recruitment support, payroll and data analytics.

 

Role overview

 

As a RPA Business analyst, you will become a part of our RAPID team, which stands for Robotics, Automation, Process Improvement and Digitalization.

 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • In this role, you will be qualifying and quantifying automation opportunities through workshops with business stakeholders
  • Perform the analysis of business requirement and translating the current business process into automated process documentation
  • Interact with business stakeholders to conduct high-level assessments to support automation, apply process improvement methodologies and tools to improve efficiencies, reduce risk and/or increase standardization
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions with Solution Architect and Development Lead to provide inputs for robotic process automation solutions
  • Assist in defining UAT approach, prepare materials, support testers, consolidate results, document issues, track status
  • Prepare and present analysis, methods and results to non-expert personnel, management team and technical experts throughout different projects and processes 

 

 

Your qualifications, experience and skills 

 

  • Bachelor’s degree and 4-7 years of relevant work experience in Procure-to-Pay area
  • Proficient Microsoft Office skills (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote, Word, Teams)
  • Experience within the technology sector and strong business analysis skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and be able to develop effective solutions that consider efficiency, internal controls, and impact to financial results
  • Ability to work effectively with department staff as well as those outside immediate areas including all levels of management and global cross functional teammates
  • Knowledge and proven application of project life cycle methodologies
  • Project delivery management using Agile methodologies
  • Must be adaptable with the ability work under pressure, change gears frequently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Must be a self-motivated team player with a collaborative approach, working as part of a diverse, global team
  • Passion and curiosity for new technologies and solutions
