About the role:

This role requires the incumbent to partner closely with the Head of Tax - Europe, LATAM & AMEA and leverage expertise from all group tax teams to establish and maintain robust, effective group tax reporting processes.

 

Tax reporting:

This role is a high-impact opportunity for a Group Tax Reporting Specialist to lead and optimize the company's global tax reporting function.

You'll be the subject matter expert driving quarterly and annual IFRS (IAS 12) tax reporting, focusing on the Effective Tax Rate (ETR), tax risk provisions, and assisting in crucial Pillar 2 compliance. This position requires you to lead tax forecasting, prepare annual financial disclosures, and play a key role in transformation projects to enhance global reporting efficiency.

Tax controls:

In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and enforcing global tax reporting policies, ensuring adherence to internal controls, and performing a critical review of consolidation adjustments to verify tax accuracy. A key part of your mandate will be managing the EU Mandatory Disclosure Regime (MDR) reporting process using our cloud solution, while continuously driving process improvement and efficiency across the tax controlling function.

 

Who you are:

  • We're seeking a highly motivated and agile Tax professional who can drive immediate impact in our global reporting function.
  • Technical Expertise & Background
  • Experience: 5+ years of dedicated experience in Group Tax Reporting, ideally within a multinational corporate environment.
  • Technical Acumen: Solid understanding of tax accounting under IFRS (specifically IAS 12) and familiarity with key finance systems (e.g., SAP).
