Role Overview
We are looking for a Corporate Recruiter to join our global talent team in either New Cairo or Mumbai. In this role, you will lead end-to-end recruitment for corporate functions across regional and global business units. You will act as a strategic advisor to senior business leaders, leveraging market intelligence and proactive sourcing strategies to attract high-caliber talent aligned with our growth and sustainability strategy.
Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for corporate roles across Finance, HR, IT, Procurement, and Commercial units.

Strategic Stakeholder Management: Partner closely with executive leaders and HR Business Partners to define hiring needs, candidate profiles, and tailored sourcing strategies.

Proactive Sourcing & Talent Mapping: Build active candidate pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, industry networks, direct headhunting, and talent mapping.

Candidate Experience: Ensure an efficient, transparent, and engaging candidate journey from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.

Data-Driven Recruiting: Track, analyze, and report on key TA metrics (time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate, source effectiveness) using our ATS (Workday).

Employer Branding & Inclusion: Drive local employer branding efforts and integrate diversity, equity, and inclusion principles into every stage of the hiring process.
Qualifications & Skills

Experience: 5+ years of in-house corporate recruiting or agency experience, ideally within a multinational industrial, engineering, or fast-paced corporate environment.

Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with enterprise ATS platforms (Workday preferred) and recruitment software tools.

Stakeholder Management: Proven track record of influencing, negotiating, and advising senior business stakeholders.

Sourcing Expertise: Strong capability in market mapping, executive search techniques, and talent community engagement.

Languages: Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
