As a Cement Process Engineer, you will play a central role in improving plant performance by analyzing current processes and identifying areas for optimization—across equipment, operational procedures, and systems. Your goal: maximize output, reduce production costs, and ensure consistent product quality.


Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering (preferred) or advanced studies in Polymer Science, Materials Science, or Chemistry
  • +5 years of experience in the materials and solutions for construction industry  (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Proven experience in workflow optimization
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent command of English (minimum B2 level, written and spoken)
  • Ability to clearly communicate complex topics and promote new ways of working
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to influence and support change within teams
  • Empathetic, with good understanding of organizational dynamics
  • Structured, pragmatic, and solution-oriented mindset
  • Curious, proactive, and safety-conscious


Your Future Role

As a Cement Process Engineer, you will be at the heart of our operational excellence. This role blends technical expertise with hands-on involvement in plant processes, offering you the opportunity to make a tangible impact on efficiency, sustainability, and cost-effectiveness. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, using data-driven insights to optimize workflows and challenge the status quo. Your contributions will directly influence production quality, environmental performance, and the overall competitiveness of our plant operations.

  • Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental policies and standards
  • Monitor and analyze key process parameters and trends to detect deviations and improvement opportunities
  • Take corrective action to optimize production and energy efficiency, ensuring consistent product quality
  • Identify and act on cost-saving opportunities in production
  • Design and execute process inspections, technical measurements, and audits
  • Evaluate findings, define corrective actions, and collaborate with production and maintenance teams to implement them
  • Conduct post-audit analyses and benchmarking studies to identify and share best practices internally
  • Perform feasibility studies (economic and operational) for new installations and support implementation and commissioning
  • Communicate and enforce company policies, regulatory requirements, and plant goals
  • Actively challenge and improve existing operational practices
