ABOUT THE ROLE 
We are seeking a talented and creative Content Producer with a passion for visual storytelling and crafting engaging video and graphic content across channels, with a focus toward digital media. Working with internal and external collaborators, this role is ideal for a content expert with a strong visual storytelling ability, a keen eye for design, and the skills to manage end-to-end production for diverse, high-volume digital storytelling and narrative campaigns.

WHAT YOU’LL ACCOMPLISH

You are responsible to lead content creation projects to completion including:

  • Lead the end-to-end production of digital content projects, with a focus on video, animation and graphics, ensuring timely delivery and quality excellence.
  • Develop strong relationships with subject-matter experts and collaborate with diverse teams across disciplines, fostering clear communication and information exchange.
  • Research, storyboard, script and produce audiovisual content tailored to various audiences and channels.
  • Edit and enhance video and graphic content for optimal performance on websites, social media, internal presentations and other digital platforms.
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and storytelling objectives, maximizing audience engagement.
  • Source and curate high-quality visual assets, integrating them seamlessly into projects. Maximize the value and reach of our content by turning high-performing assets into a library of derivative pieces for use in multiple channels.
  • Stay updated on trends and best practices in digital content production, continually enhancing creative output.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to health, safety and environmental policies in all work environments and areas. Promote a culture of safety and exhibit these behaviors.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned.

 

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Education: Bachelor’s degree (preferred) 
Field of Study Preferred: digital marketing, communications or journalism
Required Work Experience: 5-7 years proven experience managing large-scale content production projects, ensuring timely delivery across diverse stakeholders
Required Technical Skills: Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Microsoft Office, Google Suite preferred 
Travel Requirements: 10-20% 
 

Additional Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in video production, animation creation, and editing for digital channels, with a strong portfolio of audiovisual content that resonates with target audiences.
  • Proficiency in creating impactful graphics and visual elements to enhance storytelling.
  • In-depth understanding of corporate and marketing communication strategies, with the ability to align content with organizational goals.
  • Ability to craft concise, compelling, and channel-specific messaging for digital and social platforms.
  • Experience in optimizing content for online channels, ensuring adherence to SEO/SEA best practices and audience engagement metrics.
  • Familiar/comfortable with backend content management systems a plus (e.g. Word Press, AEM)
  • Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Holcim approved Personal Protection Equipment ("PPE"), including but not limited to respirators. Employees that are required to wear respirators must be clean shaven where the respirator seal meets the face in order to pass the qualitative and quantitative fit tests
