Senior Financial Analyst

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a highly analytical, proactive, and self-directed Senior Financial Analyst to lead the development and ownership of our free cash flow (FCF) forecasting, liquidity modeling, capex tracking, and sensitivity analysis capabilities. This role sits at the core of our corporate FP&A team, supporting decision-making at the CFO and executive leadership level.
The ideal candidate is deeply comfortable working in large, complex data environments, building financial models from scratch, and navigating ambiguity to bring structure and clarity to high-impact financial questions.
WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH
- Build and maintain a dynamic free cash flow forecasting model, aligned with P&L, balance sheet, and working capital drivers
- Develop and enhance short-term and long-range liquidity models, incorporating treasury and operational inputs
- Track capital expenditures and ensure accurate forecasting, actuals tracking, and ROI analysis for major investment projects
- Conduct robust scenario and sensitivity analyses, stress-testing key assumptions for internal decision-making and external guidance
- Partner closely with Treasury, Accounting, Operations, and Strategy teams to ensure model accuracy and alignment
- Produce clear, executive-ready presentations that communicate financial risks, opportunities, and capital allocation insights
- Support quarterly earnings preparation, cash flow walk, and investor relations materials as needed
- Identify opportunities to improve automation, standardization, and reporting across financial models and tools

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Education: Bachelor's degree
Additional Education Preferred: Master's degree
Field of Study Preferred: Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
Required Work Experience:
- 5–7 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, treasury, or related roles within a complex, data-intensive environment
Required Technical Skills:
- Exceptional Excel modeling skills; familiarity with financial systems (SAP, Oracle, Workday) and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau)
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and create structure in ambiguous or "white space" areas
- Excellent communication skills; able to present financial data to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Familiarity with CPM/EPM software and tools (SAC, Tagetik, Onestream, etc.) and/or Python, SQL, PowerBI, Tableau is a plus
Travel Requirements: 10%
Additional Requirements:
- Experience in manufacturing, industrials, or capital-intensive sectors
- Knowledge of 13-week cash forecasting and working capital modeling
- Strong track record of building cash flow and liquidity models from the ground up
- Experience with capex modeling, investment tracking, and ROI frameworks
- Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Holcim approved Personal Protection Equipment ("PPE"), including but not limited to respirators. Employees that are required to wear respirators must be clean shaven where the respirator seal meets the face in order to pass the qualitative and quantitative fit tests.
