ABOUT THE ROLE
The Contracts Coordinator has responsibilities in support of the Contracting Department (estimating &
grading/paving operations) in the administration of project safety, quality, cost control, contracts, proposals,
documentation, and client interface. Contracts Coordinator assists in establishing and implementing contracts
administration procedures.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Demonstrates a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to safety policies in all work and areas.
- Gathering and compiling data essential to the administration of Prime Contracts.
- Prepare Sub-Contractor agreements and payment estimates.
- Administer accounts payable for construction contracts.
- Acquiring/tracking insurance certificates.
- Preparing bid packets and completing prequalification requirements.
- Create and maintain project files.
- Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure project success.
- Other administrative tasks as assigned.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Education: Bachelor's degree a plsu or 2-5 yrs of work experience
Field of Study Preferred: Construction management, or building science is preferred.
Required Computer and Software Skills: Proficient in MS Office and Google software programs, Bluebeam,
SAP, B2W (job costing software)

- Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Holcim approved Personal Protection Equipment (PPE), including but not limited to respirators. Subject to applicablelaw, employees that are required to wear respirators must be clean shaven where the respirator seal meets the face in order to pass the qualitative and quantitative fit tests.
